These terms of delivery apply to all offers, orders and agreements of BOOSTTheWorld.com. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

The terms of delivery are accessible to everyone and included in the website of BOOST The World, and are deemed to imply recognition and acceptance of these terms.

We take the utmost care to ensure the reliability and timeliness of all published articles. However, inaccuracies may occur. We therefore accept no liability for damages resulting from inaccuracies, technical malfunctions, problems caused by, or inherent in the dissemination of information via the Internet. This exclusion of liability also extends to affiliated companies and suppliers.

BOOST The World does not provide alcoholic products to persons under the age of 18.

All offers made by BOOST The World are without obligation. BOOST The World reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time. All offers are subject to availability. Price changes are reserved at all times.

If, for any reason, the agreed delivery period is exceeded by BOOST The World, BOOST The World will notify the purchaser (by e-mail or telephone). In that case, the buyer will have the authority to dissolve the agreement with BOOST The World by notifying BOOST The World in writing (via letter or e-mail).

Any payments already made by the customer under the preceding article will be refunded to the customer’s bank or giro account as soon as possible, but in any event within fourteen (14) working days after BOOST The World has received the request to dissolve the agreement referred to in the above article.

All items delivered to the buyer will remain the property of BOOST The World until all amounts owed by the buyer for the items delivered under the agreement have been paid in full to BOOST The World. All items on loan to the customer are deemed to be treated with respect. In case of destruction or damage, we are deemed to claim the entire amount of the product.

The risk during transport of the product ordered by the customer is for BOOST The World. At the moment of delivery of the product, or the moment that can reasonably be considered as delivery, the risk of the product passes to the customer, subject to the liabilities that cannot be legally excluded by BOOST The World.

BOOST The World is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if it is prevented from doing so as a result of a circumstance which is not due to its fault, nor for its account under the law, legal act or generally accepted practice. Such circumstances include a business failure, a failure in internet connections, transport delays, a strike and the failure of suppliers to deliver or to deliver on time.

The customer must make a complaint known to the above address. BOOST The World will try to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

Personal data entered by the customer will be included in a file. These data will be used for the execution of the customer’s order.

Also, these data can be used to keep the customer up to date regarding the business and services of BOOST The World. The processing of the customer’s data will take place in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. BOOST The World does not share personal data and takes measures to prevent third parties from obtaining such data.

The intellectual property rights relating to BOOST The World’s website, including software, search methods, texts and images belong to BOOST The World. It is not permitted, without prior written consent by BOOST The World, to copy and/or edit information.

Special action codes are often temporary and limited for larger quantities or resale. There are action codes that can be applied once per customer and/or order. These can be cancelled at any time by our staff. Explanations about the action codes are visible on the website when they are active.

Customers and visitors of the website of BOOST The World must fully and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial property rights that rest on the services and products provided by BOOST The World.

Notification of errors and / or defects in an order must be reported exclusively by mail and within 14 days of receipt of the order, reports are 100% checked and via camera image, weight and stock.

Dutch law applies to all offers, orders and agreements of BOOST The World.
