Description

Enjoy 500 grams of these delicious freshly roasted coffee beans.

This Single Origin bean from Brazil is roasted fresh for you every week. The Dark Roast is roasted in a spicy way and therefore has a wonderfully rich taste with notes of caramel, honey and VOC spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.

This is the ideal bean and roast for a delicious espresso, lungo or milk variation.

We roast our coffee beans every Wednesday! While a supermarket bean only reaches the stores after six months, with Boost The World Koffie you always get a freshly roasted bean!

We purchase the green beans directly from the producer, thus eliminating intermediary trade, which means the producer receives a higher price per kilo for his coffee.

Origin

The San Martin bean comes from the Fazenda Mariano coffee farm, a family business that has been producing coffee on a small scale since 1909.

The quality of the coffee and sustainability are of paramount importance at the Fazenda Mariano plantation of the three brothers Henrique, Ricardo and Manoel Junqueira. They run the coffee plantation with their sons.

The plantation is located in the Serra de Sâo Domingos not far from the town of Pocos de Caldas, north of Sâo Paulo

Amidst the volcanic landscape, characterized by the temperate climate with an average temperature of 18 degrees Celsius.
